I’ve been exploring dead malls across Central Illinois and one of the most requested was Hickory Point Mall in Decatur. So you know that’s exactly where I had to go. This mall is a lot smaller than some of the others, but it still has a few good stores TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s holding it down.
